Content restrictions

- Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
- Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
- Violating the privacy of any third person.
- False information and features.
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. Interaction with Other Services

- By inputting session tokens, CSRF tokens, sensitive user data, and other identifiable information from external services into CheckOut, you acknowledge and consent to CheckOut processing that data on your behalf for the purposes of facilitating interactions and providing services.
- It is the sole responsibility of users to ensure that the data they input into CheckOut from external services complies with the terms of service and policies of those external services. CheckOut does not assume any responsibility for users' compliance with external service's terms of service.
- User Obligations and Prohibited Activities:
- Users must not impersonate a third party or otherwise disguise their identity when inputting data from external services into CheckOut. Any attempt to misrepresent identity or engage in deceptive practices is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and policies of external services from which they input data into CheckOut. CheckOut shall not be held liable for any breach of external service's terms of service by users.
- Account Security and Authorization:
- Users must not share their CheckOut accounts, session tokens, or any other access credentials obtained from CheckOut with anyone without prior written authorization.
- CheckOut reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of accounts and the authorization of users to access and input data from external services. Any unauthorized use of accounts or suspected security breaches must be reported immediately to CheckOut's support team.
- Data Control and Withdrawal of Consent:
- Users have the right to control their data and can withdraw their consent for CheckOut to process data obtained from external services at any time. This can be done through the account settings on the CheckOut platform or by contacting CheckOut's designated contact person listed below.
- Users can view all information held about them through the Data Access Tool at '/data'. If this tool does not provide sufficient information, users are encouraged to contact us through the contact details provided at the end of these terms.
- Upon withdrawal of consent, users may request deletion of their data from CheckOut's records. CheckOut will promptly comply with such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.
API Token Usage

- API tokens are issued at the sole discretion of site administrators and may be revoked at any time.
- If you have been granted an API token, you can view it on the "/account" page after logging in.
